Economic Development Director Nancy Mackle announced that the Annual Parade of Lights and Tree
Lighting ceremony take place at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2004 on Fourth Street, with the
Winter Wonderland and Snow Event taking place on Friday and Saturday, November, 26 and 27, 2004.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:03 PM.
