San Rafael City Council Barbara Heller, Vice-Mayor
Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Cyr N. Miller, Councilmember
Absent: Gary O. Phillips, Councilmember

David Dodd, Library Director
1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO, FOUR-YEAR
TERMS ON THE SAN RAFAEL BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES, WITH TERMS TO
EXPIRE END OF APRIL 2009 (CC) - FILE 9-2-3
Council interviewed the following applicants:
Glena Coleman Anne Ross
Patricia Zentner
Following interviews, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to
reappoint Glena Coleman to a four-year term on the San Rafael Board of Library Trustees,
with term to expire end of April, 2009.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips
After discussion, Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Cohen seconded, to
appoint Patricia Zentner to fill one, four-year term on the San Rafael Board of Library Trustees,
with term to expire end of April, 2009.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
