City Council Recommendation
Adopt a resolution approving maximum rates collected by Marin Sanitary Service for
Refuse and Recyclable Material Collection and Disposal Services, to be effective January 1,
2023.
Maximum rates allowable would be an increase of 7.15% over 2022 rates
