Recommendation
Amend Chapter 11.50 of San Rafael Municipal Code,
titled Public Works Contract Policy
Remove the current set dollar amount limits.
Incorporate gender neutral language
Adopt resolution to reference the dollar amount limits
from Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act
(UPCCAA) for Public Works contract awards.
The dollar amount limits will automatically adjust when
UPCCAA limits are updated.
