RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING ACTION:
Approved as submitted.
Accepted Monthly Investment Report for
month ending February, 2010, as
presented.
Accepted report.
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting,
shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda -related
materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.

Executive Director Ken Nordhoff announced that the 21st Annual Farmers' Market commences on April 1, 2010 at
6:00 p.m. Beginning in May, taking turns, Councilmembers would be in attendance to speak with members of the
public.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
