RESOLUTION FOREGOING THE OPTION
TO PURCHASE A BELOW MARKET RATE
HOUSING UNIT (APN 011-310-11)
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting,
shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda -related
materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.

Executive Director Ken Nordhoff announced that the first San Rafael Farmers' Market of the season commences
this Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
