AGENCY MEMBER REPORTS:
2. Mill Vallev Film Festival: - File R-181 x R-140#8
Executive Director Ken Nordhoff announced that the Mill Valley Film Festival at the Smith Rafael Film Center
would take place from Thursday, October 7, through October 17, 2010.
There being no further business, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 8:41 p.m.

Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting,
shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda -related
materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
