Presentation of Resolution of Appreciation to Professor Matt Davis, Dominican University (MS) Mayor Boro announced that Steven Hancock, Emergency Services Manager, received the California Emergency Services Diamond Award this past week for his outstanding service in the field of Emergency Management - highest level of recognition given by the CESA Coastal Chapter.
