4. Downtown Events:
Acting Economic Development Director Stephanie Lovette announced that the Parade of Lights and Snow
takes place on Friday, November 25, 2011, commencing at 5:00 p.m. Shop Downtown San Rafael takes
place on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 with a portion of the proceeds to be donated to the San Rafael
Schools Foundation.
