Member Connolly moved and Member Levine seconded, to approve the Consent Calendar as follows:

Member Heller moved and Member Levine seconded, to approve reports and forward to City Council for
approval.

5. ELECTION OF VICE -CHAIR OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR 2012 (AM)
Member Heller placed in nomination the name of Member Levine to serve as Vice -Chair of the San Rafael
Redevelopment Agency for year 2012. Member Connolly seconded the motion and Member Levine was elected
Vice -Chair for 2012.
