NONE CLOSED SESSION: 8:24 PM (after the regular meeting) 2. Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Government Code Section 54957) Title: City Manager Robert Epstein, City Attorney announced that no reportable action was taken. Esther Bierne, City Clerk announced the new appointments to the Library Board of Trustee and Park & Recreation Commission at the Special meeting prior to the regular Council meeting: Library Board of Trustee - Carol Manashil Park & Recreation - Tom Obletz, Jeff Jones, John Gamblin and Patricia Bassett (Alternate) ORAL COMMUNICATIONS OF AN URGENCY NATURE - 7:00 PM Judy Schriebman invited the Mayor and Concilmembers to attend the gala reception of the Gallinas Watershed Council Photographic Show on January 26, 2013 at the Bay Model Visitor Center in Sausalito. City Manager's Report Nancy Mackle stated San Rafael has made a donation to the Gun Buy Back Program Nancy Mackle reported that a Request for Proposal for Consultant for Plastic Bag Ban has been initiated. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS / REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: (including AB 1234 Reports on meetings and conferences attended at City expense) 6. Councilmember Reports Councilmember Heller reported on her luncheon with Mayor Phillips and Marin Coalition regarding Whistlestop. Councilmember McCullough reported on his meeting with the Marin Telecommunications Agency regarding the redistribution of Comcast and AT&T franchise fees. Mayor Phillips stated he will be meeting with Marin General Hospital and Kaiser regarding funding for Downtown Street Teams. SAN RAFAEL SUCCESSOR AGENCY 7.
