Councilmember Reports Councilmember McCullough reported on his attendance at the Pension Reform meeting and the Target Settlement Committee meeting. Councilmember Heller reported on her attendance at the North Bay Division League of California Cities meeting in Napa Councilmember Connolly stated he attended several Neighborhood Coalition meetings. Councilmember McCullough Councilmember Connolly stated he was awarded the 2012 Larry Mulryan Outstanding Public Servant Award -on February 27, 2013. Councilmember Colin reported on her attendance at the Climate Adaption Wokshop in Oakland.
