Councilmember Reports Councilmember Heller reported on the Marin Transit Agency meeting today, April 15, 2013 Councilmember Colin reported that she and Mayor Phillips met recently with approximately 20 individuals involved with the homeless issue. Mayor Phillips reported on a piece he did for the San Rafael Pacific's, well organized City departmental tours, Caroline Kennedy's visit to Dominican University and his thoughts/proposals for an anticipated quarterly meeting with Dominican.
