Video Dresentation Salamah Locks, Marin Commission on Aging Oak Dowling ORAL COMMUNICATIONS OF AN URGENCY NATURE - 7:00 PM Barry Taranto addressed issues including the Mill Valley Film Festival, Planning Commission, Measure E and Economic Development Glenda Lockhart, Bruce Burtch, Sharon Skolnick-Bagnoli, Barbara Davis and Peter B. Collins expressed support for the Community Media Center of Marin (CMCM) Estevan Cortez addressed an issue relating to parking at San Rafael Commons Mayor Phillips John Ortega expressed support for CMCM CONSENT CALENDAR: Councilmember Connolly moved and Councilmember Heller seconded to approve the following Consent Calendar items — with the exception of Item 4.c. 4.
