Present: Mayor Phillips, Vice -Mayor Heller, Councilmembers: Colin, Connolly, McCullough
City Clerk Esther Beirne, Library Director Sarah Houghton
Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Unexpired Four -
Year Term to the End of April 2013 on the Board of Library Trustees Due to the
Resignation of Patricia Zentner (CC) File No. 9-2-3
Library Applicants
The Council interviewed the following applicants:
Jonathan Hinman
Carol Manashil
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Carol Manashil to fill one unexpired four-year
term to the end of April 2013 on the Board of Library Trustees.
Present: Mayor Phillips, Vice -Mayor Heller, Councilmembers: Colin, Connolly, McCullough
City Clerk Esther Beirne, Community Services Director Carlene McCart
2. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill One Unexpired Four -
Year Term to the End of May 2014 and Two, Four -Year Terms to Expire End of October
2016 on the Park and Recreation Commission, Due to the Resignation of Fred Warneke,
Appointment of Mark Lubamersky to the Planning Commission and the Expiration of Term
of Jeff Jones (CC) File No. 9-2-4
Park & Recreation Applicants
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint John Gamblin to fill one unexpired four -term to
the end of May 2014, reappoint Jeff Jones and appoint Tom Obletz to fill the two, four-year term to expire
end of October 2016, and appoint Patricia Bassett as an Alternate on the Park & Recreation Commission.
