a) Resolution Declaring Canvass of Returns and Results of Consolidated General
Municipal Election held on November 5, 2013 to Include Results of Ballot Measure E (CC) -

Councilmember Heller moved and Councilmember Connolly seconded to adopt the Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 13645 — RESOLUTION DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULTS OF
CONSOLIDATED GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2013 TO INCLUDE
RESULTS OF BALLOT MEASURE E
