SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Approve final adoption of NO. 1777 — An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Repealing Ordinance No. 1777. Section 2.16.028(27) of the San Rafael Municipal Code and Adopting a New Section 2.16.028(27) Establishing Penalties for Violations of the Park Rules and Regulations Contained in Section 2.16.028 of the San Rafael Municipal Code (PD) 7. Resolution of Appreciation to Peacock Garden Club to Adopt Resolution.
