4. SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Approve final adoption of
NO. 1789 Entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Ordinance No. 1789.
Repealing Section 8.12.150 and Adding New Chapter 8.13 to the
San Rafael Municipal Code Entitled "Noise" (PD)
