CLOSED SESSION - 7:00 PM None ORAL COMMUNICATIONS OF AN URGENCY NATURE: 7:30 PM THIS PORTION OF THE MEETING RESERVED FOR PERSONS DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE AGENCY ON URGENCY MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of Monday, May 4, 1998 Approve as submitted. (AS) 2. Resolution Designating the Agency as the Responsible Agency and Adopt Resolution. Designating the City as the Lead Agency for the Environmental Review Process for the Adoption of an Amended and Restated Central San Rafael Redevelopment Agency Plan (RA) 3. Resolution Authorizing Staff to Proceed With the Process for Adopt Resolution. Adoption of an Amended and Restated Central San Rafael Redevelopment Plan and Directing Actions Related to the Adoption Process (RA) 4. Monthly Investment Report (Admin. Svcs.) Accept report. American Sign Language interpreters and assertive listening devices may be requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-3064 (voice) at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of documents are available in accessible formats upon request. Public transportation is available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. To allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the meeting/hearing, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.
