SUMMARY BACKGROUND: At the Regular Meeting of the City Council on February 17, 2015, the City Council called for applications to fill one four-year term to the end of March, 2019 on the San Rafael Fire Commission, due to expiration of term of Lawrence "Larry' Luckham. The four-year term of Lawrence "Larry' Luckham expires at the end of March 2015. There were two applications received by the deadline of March 10, 2015, however, one of the applicants was not a resident of the City of San Rafael. ACTION: Approve staff recommendation.
