Construction Project Completed in March 2013 at a cost of $1.72 million. J Engineer's Report Findings FY15/16 • Debt Service Assessment _ $53.58 • Non -Bonded Assessment _ $25.90 (Operations and Maintenance) • Total Assessment recommended for FY15/16 = $79.48 W - �t TZ 14 Engineer's Report • Interaction with the Pt. San Pedro Road Coalition. • Clarification of at least 12 items • Engineer's Report can be modified after the Council's action. • Recommendation of assessment remains the Or -CHOW Plants July, August, September = Dry Season Replacement to occur in the late fa I I to allow root system to establish. Some plants have a dormant cycle in the summer. (They look to be in poor condition but are really healthy —waiting for wet weather) Lessons Learned • Earlier initial review of the Engineer's Report. • Earlier interaction with interested parties. • Clarification of all aspects of the Assessment District.
