Shiva Schulz SUMMARY BACKGROUN Interviews from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. At the meeting of March 18, 2013, the City Council Called for Applications to Fill Two Four -Year Terms to the End of April 2017 on the Board of Library Trustees Due to the Expiration of Terms of Glena Coleman and Carol Manishil. Six applications were received in the City Clerk's Office by the deadline of April 9, 2013. EXPLANATION: Glena Coleman has indicated she does not wish to continue. As Carol Manishil, who is unable to be present for interview on April 15, 2013, was very recently interviewed and appointed by the City Council to fill an unexpired term to the end of April, 2013, staff recommends that she be reappointed to fill a full four-year term. I also set up the Library on Wheels with the San Francisco Public Library for monthly visits to the JCCSF. I have run a monthly book club at the JCCSF for five plus years. I have attached a flyer for the Sixth Annual Art of Aging Gracefully which is an event that I conceptualized, organize and run each year. It is free and open to the community and it brings together approximately 50 businesses and organizations along with sponsorship through UCSF Medical Center.
