Closed Session: None OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION - 7:00 PM Hugo Landecker addressed Council regarding the Whistlestop building in San Rafael Leslie Simons reported on the findings of a peer review carried out on the Whistlestop/Depot building. Jeff Rhoads addressed the City Council regarding the Whistlestop/Depot building. Ken Dickinson, Marin County Flood Zone 6 Advisory Board, addressed the City Council on flooding in the Merrydale Road area. Ray Lorber expressed thanks for the timer in the Council Chambers.
