Jeff Rhoads addressed the City Council regarding the Whistlestop/Depot building. Ken Dickinson, Marin County Flood Zone 6 Advisory Board, addressed the City Council on flooding in the Merrydale Road area. Ray Lorber expressed thanks for the timer in the Council Chambers.
