PRESENTS THIS
RESOUTIGN OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
LORRAINE RAGGIO
WHEREAS, Lorraine Raggio has been an Office Volunteer and Member for 15 years
with the San Rafael Goldenaires Senior Citizen Organization; and
WHEREAS, she serves as the Chairperson for the annual Goldenaires Craft Fair at the
San Rafael Community Center, as hostess for many other events, creates
raffle baskets, and keeps the Club Members connected by sending out get
well and sympathy cards to members, family members and friends; and
WHEREAS, while an outstanding volunteer for the City, Lorraine also volunteers for
her church and the Marin Friends of Feral Cats Organization; and
WHEREAS, Lorraine's welcoming manner and infectious smile inspires many to join
the Goldenaires; and
WHEREAS, she is willing to take on any task in a cheerful, reliable, giving attitude,
inspiring others to get involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby commend Lorraine Raggio for her tireless and selfless efforts
on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
