SECOND READING AND FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1719 -- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADDING CHAPTER 10.74 TO THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AGENCY, DELEGATING AUTHORITY THERETO, AND ASSIGNING EXISTING CONTRACTS OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL (CM) 3.
