RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPOINTING A BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint business community members to the BID
Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be appointed to the BID
Board with terms expiring June 30, 2009:
Ken Martin
James Kaufman
Kyle Hixon
Mike's Bikes
Baubles and Beads
First Bank
I, ESTHER C. BEIRNE, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting, held on the 16th day of June 2008, by the following vote,
to wit:
