A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 11771 WHICH PERTAINS TO COMPENSATION FOR PART-
TIME, TEMPORARY, INTERMITTENT AND SEASONAL WORKERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that the wages herein
established are on an hourly basis and that employees who work part-time shall be paid
for time actually worked. Effective February 1, 2007, the wage classes, job
classifications and salary ranges, as designated in Exhibit "A" (attached hereto) are
hereby established. Effective January 1, 2008, the wage classes, job classifications and
salary ranges, as designated in Exhibit "B" (attached hereto) are hereby established.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that the
employees designated in Exhibit "A" and in Exhibit "B" are at -will employees, exempt
from the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations, and serve in their positions based on
need as determined by the assigned department.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 16th day of January 2007, by the
following vote, to wit:
