Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council Meeting of October 19, 2009 (CC) Approve as submitted. 3. Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 1878 Approve final adoption of – Ordinance No. 1878. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 15 – SUBDIVISIONS BY ADDING SECTION 15.01.155 TO ADDRESS AUTOMATIC EXTENSIONS PROVIDED BY THE STATE LEGISLATURE TO APPROVED SUBDIVISION MAPS AND RELATED PLANNING AND LAND USE APPROVALS (CD) 4. Resolution Authorizing the City to Enter Into an Additional Three (3) Year Adopt Resolution. Agreement with Human Affairs International of California for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services (MS) CITY MANAGER’S REPORT: 5.
